1. Familiar with the distribution of power supply and distribution rooms and strong power Wells in the current industrial park/building; proficient in the direction of various distribution lines, the exact location, operating principle, technical performance and operation methods of switches;
2. Responsible for daily overhaul, maintenance and inspection of weak current systems in the logistics park/building;
3. Responsible for construction supervision, distribution line installation, etc.;
4. Timely inspection, timely handling of problems;
5. Familiar with the operation of facilities and equipment in the logistics park/building, and strictly follow the company's emergency handling procedures.
6. Actively participate in various training activities arranged by the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Below 45 years of age, high school diploma or above, at least 2 years of working experience in a property management company, electrician operation certificate holder;
2. Be good at weak current, have a certain understanding of elevator, fire control room, fire control facilities and other equipment, and have strong hands-on ability;
3. Have high discipline, sense of responsibility, executive ability, language expression ability and learning ability.
